The Polo Club is the centerpiece of Trilogy® at The Polo Club, an exclusive gated community located along the acclaimed Avenue 52 on the border of La Quinta and Indio. Completed in 2016, the 25,000+ square foot masterpiece offers dining, events space, fitness, pools, outdoor recreation and much, much more to its Members and guests. With a contemporary twist on the defining mid-century style, The Polo Club is set upon a gentle rise, offering spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountains to the southwest and the Chocolate Mountains to the north. The feature restaurant, June Hill’s Table, as well as the 2 Palms Event Center, are open to the public and available for dining reservations and private bookings.
Open to both Members and the public, June Hill’s Table recognizes June Hill McCarroll, one of Coachella Valley’s most renowned and important founding residents. June Hill’s Table features fresh fare and locally sourced produce, including herbs and spices from the community gardens on-site. As the name would imply, the restaurant is centered on an impressive community table as the focal point, complimented by large reserved dining areas, quiet enclaves for two, and an adjacent patio with breathtaking vistas.
June Hill’s Table is open Wednesday to Saturday from 11:00am to 9:00pm & Sundays from 10:00am to 6:00pm, with a limited menu after 3:00pm. Join us for Happy Hour Wednesdays through Saturdays from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.

Born and raised in Indio, California, Chef Kevin Land has a strong passion for cutting edge, farm-to-table style cuisine. After attending The Art Institute San Diego for Culinary Arts, he found a good fit with Roy Yamaguchi’s Hawaiian Fusion in La Jolla. Through hard work and dedication – and a desire to return to the Coachella Valley – Kevin earned the Chef Partner position for Roy’s, Rancho Mirage and started to build the key relationships with local restaurateurs, farmers and the community. Chef Kevin quickly began to make his mark via seasonal, daily-changing, from-scratch fare and weekly cooking demonstrations, all of which were extremely attractive as The Polo Club sought its culinary leader.
Originally from Dallas, Ray Cooper is a graduate of the University of Missouri and got his start in Kansas City as Manager of Carmen’s Café, a well-known Italian eatery. During his five years at Carmen’s, Ray was rated the City’s “Top Mixologist” thanks to his signature custom crafted cocktails from classic drinks. Upon moving to the desert Ray teamed up with Chef Kevin, a partnership that has flourished even further at Polo Club. Ray works closely with Chef Kevin, shaping menus, running special events and, thanks to his culinary skills, helping out in the kitchen on occasion.
Jackie Guy is a California native with a wealth of hospitality experience. Jackie began her career with Marriott hotels in San Francisco, and in 1999 Jackie relocated to the Coachella Valley as part of AlliedPRA Destination Management and became its General Manager in 2006. While there, she managed events and activities for associations, corporations, and Fortune 500 companies. This experience serves her well today as she works with Members and guests to plan and execute a variety of events at The Polo Club.
The Polo Club – home to June Hill’s Table – is located along the western edge of Indio just past The Citrus and Madison Club on Avenue 52.
